Latvia is a peasants republic that formed their state after wars for independence with Livonian Order. They are friends with Lithuania, who guarantees their independence.
Livonian Order, unwilling to yield so easily, considers Latvia their new rival and wants to retake their Baltic lands.
Latvian unique missions are focused on developing Latvia, seeking Allies, Modernizing the country and, in the end, expansion…
Latvia also has set of unique events that happen based on several parameters (most being the date, but there are ones that happen when you have, for example, LVL 100 spy network in one specific country…)
New Decisions too, are added for Latvia – Reform the Army, Establish Satversme (Latvian Constitution) or hold Song and Dance Festival (Dziesmu Svetki).
And a new religion that can be converted to during an event in renaissance era…
