An attempt of Fixing that with courts for dukes/counts and tribal government will lead to every ruler changing their languages to one that doesn’t make sence for their realm, only because they want the highest grandeur.

(doesn’t add courts for dukes/counts/tribal on its own)

I now created a version with which AIs should only choose their native language for their court.
