Update:20/10/2019 The mobs have been redone and reinforced for all factions. Icons for Greek and Roman plebs have also been changed.

If you noticed, development of the cities and towns, doesn’t increase quantity of garrison units and their number from 1 to 4th level remains the same. In this mod I tried to fix it. Since 3 levels of the cities the number of units of garrison increases by one slot. Also military barracks and military training camps adds one additional slot of units to the garrisons for all factions.

3 lev. + 1 average unit
4 lev. +2 average unit

Also all temples give one additional slot of garrison units

1 lev. + 1 crowd
2-3 lev. + 1 average unit
4-5 lev. + 1 elite unit

Gladiators will be added to the Roman garrison after construction of circus 2-5 lvl

Garrisons are strengthened for all fractions.

Mobsplebs has been remade. I think, this is madness – go to fight against well armed warriors with a dagger only. Therefore I decided to make reskin and now the mob are armed with shields and has more variety in clothes. Now the crowd will defend the city as a real militia.

This mod is included in my "Better battles, garrisons and economy" mod (without artillery for barbarous fractions) and you could use only one of them.
