[WOTC] Custom Loaded Ammo Pistols

This mod introduces a pistol for every ammo in your game. This is an effort to make pistols more interesting especially when running the excellent [WOTC] Dedicated Pistol Slot 2.0. This mod was also inspired by Ammo as weapon mods.

Feature list:

1. Each pistol inherits ammo abilities it was built from e.g. Dragon Pistol inherits Dragon Rounds abilities that adds +1 damage to the pistol and burns enemy targets.
2. Ammo abilities are attached to the weapon upgrade that comes with the pistols. The weapon upgrade is removable but cannot be used on other weapons (configurable).
   These pistols have 2 slots, one for the Ammo Upgrade and one for something else.
3. Each pistol has an added unique ability: Sure Shot. Sure Shot guarantees a hit to apply the pistol’s ammo effect with 25% (configurable) reduced damage.
4. The pistols are buildable in Engineering (consumes Ammo) as long as you have completed Magnetized Weapons (for mag tier pistols) or Plasma Rifle (for beam tier pistols) research and have also completed the Experimental Ammo project at least once (both costs and required techs are configurable).
5. In its default configuration, this mod delivers 19 pistols:
   • Pistols with built in Dragon Rounds, Talon Rounds, Venom Rounds, and Bluescren Rounds (from the base game)
   • With [WOTC] Cut Content Ammo mod enabled, additional 3 pistols are introduced
   • With Additional Ammo Types mod enabled, 5 more pistols!
   • And a bunch of other pistols based on ammos from other mods that are inherently supported by this mod.
   • You can add other ammos that this mod does not cover in its default state and it will generate the needed pistols. Refer to this mod’s XComGameData_WeaponData.ini.
6. Existing ammos and experimental ammo project are not touched. This mod merely "reads" them and allow you to build the pistols based on the ammos’s abilities.
7. Dual Wield Pistols are supported! Equipping an Akimbo with Dragon and Bitterfrost Pistols allows them to apply both burning and bitterfrost effects at the same time.
8. Many things are configurable in this mod’s ini files. I have left some instructions in the ini files.
9. Designed, developed and tested with Covert Infiltration and [WOTC] Weapon and Item Overhaul in mind.

Nothing is perfect my dear friends.

• It is possible that there are issues. If you see any, please let me know 🙂

• Not compatible with Ammo as weapon mods.
• Do not use (WOTC) Everyone Equips Everything mod. It creates duplicates of existing weapons in your game and duplicated pistols from my mod will not behave as expected. There are other mods that can safely allow everyone to equip everything (though I honestly do not see the need for this).
• Not compatible with Utility Slot Sidearms WOTC. Similar to above mod, it does a blanket duplication of existing pistol templates and because my mod dynamically generates pistols based on configured ammo, it just wouldn’t work. Its an old mod and I recommend you use [WOTC] Dedicated Pistol Slot 2.0 (I personally use this mod).
• Mid campaign installs: Should be fine with Strategy Save.
• LWOTC – No idea.
• RPGO – Should be.
• Please let me know if you discover any in/compatibilities.
