This mod adds 3 new city states to the game: Palmyra, Port Royal, and Gondeshapur.
Palmyra (religious)
* Suzerain bonus: +1 trade route for every Holy Site in your cities.
Port Royal (trade)
*Suzerain bonus: +2 gold and +1 food for your plantations
(Compatible with Resourceful mod)
Gondeshapur (scientific)
*Suzerain bonus: +1 Amenity for every Campus District in your cities.
