Adds tablets, coins that act like pills.
The tablet will cause Isaac to get the effect that the matching pill would give.
They are a rare replacement for pennies.
Also works with Fiend Folio, causing Fiend Folio-style tablets to drop when it is installed.
Also includes External Item Descriptions and Mod Config Menu Pure support.
