More Max traditions

This mod was first made by someone else but he has since deleted the mod. I had a backup copy but it needed fixing and with the help of @Gawr Gura I fixed it.
Reuploaded so everyone can use a working version, will keep it updated!!
This mod adds a Tradition that when added it will add 100 more slots for traditions. The AI will not use this!!!!
What you need to do is add the more traditions tradition when it is done developing make sure to save your game, exit to main menu and reload your game. For some reason it is the only way to get it working because there is a default game bug going on with things not refreshing same bug that is causing dynamic COA of titles not to change.
If you already have your culture’s max traditions, you can type this into console to add it to your culture:
effect = {root.culture = {add_culture_tradition = tradition_unlimited}}
Then save and reload the game to get the UI to update, and you should be able to add more traditions.
