No Imperium penalties.

NOTE:
Patch 16+ compatible.
This will basically remove Imperium system for the player. All this does is determine how many armies you can recruit and when a civil war can take place. It also gives alot of negative effects to high Imperium levels.
The AI will still follow Imperium system and is not effected by this at all. No 300 armies for them.
Made using and effecting DLC (Caesar,Hannibal,Sparta), but it should work without any DLC.
A NEW GAME IS MANDATORY FOR THE NO LIMIT ARMIES TO TAKE EFFECT.
NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MODS AFFECTING IMPERIUM SYSTEM.
