Hello everyone! This mod has been updated!

Please also check out my new mods for Warhammer 3.

Hi guys,

I’m back with my largest roster expansion yet, this time for the Balkan factions – The Getae, Odrysian Kingdom and Ardiaei. This expansion adds 48 new units to the game and a couple of reskins. As always this mod aims to expand player choice, improve game play and stays true to history.

This mod is now included in the UPC translations project[www.twcenter.net].

The second video in the preview is was made by Doctor Warband HD, subscribe to his channel here!

This mod introduces a new weapon, the Sica for the first time. The sica was a curved, hacking sword famously used by the Thracians, Illyrians and Dacians. The model was made by Pharoah and was imported into the mod by Grudgethedutchman, give them your love!

Each of the factions have had their roster significantly expanded, so much so that I will not be able to write a list on the mod page like I usually do. For the full unit list visit the unit list discussions on this page. I have also provided a video explaining the history and use of each of the units and if you think it’s usefull I’ll make more!

To sumarise, the Dacians have 14 new units – mainly expanding their melee units – and a reskin of their Noble Swords. The Odrysian Kingdom has 20 new units – improving their historically strong peltasts and cavalry – and reskins of their existing skirmishers and peltasts. The Ardiaei 14 new units – an all round expansion. Make sure you look at the extra unit info discussion to see how the units are recruited.

This mod utilises technology upgrades and requirements for the first time in this series. Some units will need to be upgraded from existing units and some will require technology to recruit.

There are also several tribal specific units that appear in the rosters which are visually and functionally distinct from the other units. Look them up, they are interesting!

Thanks go to Marshall of France, Nathris, Abot and Falcor for helping out on research for this mod. Visit the TWC hosted forum to find out more about the mods!

Thanks and happy modding!
