- Add debuff -10% develop speed on High and Late Medieval
- East Slavic, Far West Slavs, some Balto-Finns can unlock Ladiya(Longboat but not request territory on North Europe)

- Arabic, Persian and Steppe more like Heavy Cavalry (+20%)
- Byzantine more like Heavy Infantry (+20%)
