Imperial Empire Infantry Units 1.4

Now what mod is supposed to achieve is
• to effectively support other units in battle,
• to give new ways to approach enemies in battle
• to provide the empire with atleast one expensive but effective defensive against chaos, I hope that mod achieves those goals and the units are not too overpowered or too expensive for what they do.

In This Major Update 1.4

This mod has been reworked to support compatibility with SFO, as stated earlier you can now use the is mod with SFO without it crashing but the units have not been rebalanced for it so keep that mind, that you will have to rebalance the units yourself if you want to have balanced experience.

To that end, nearly all the skills have been renamed, all units other the LL have completely new renames skills so that nothing conflicts with the base game version those some of these skills do have the same or similar icons their effects and durations are different lastly in regards to the LL campaign image has been updated.

Lord Captain Tiberius "LL"

Imperial Templars now have access to Divine Smite which summons a lighting bolt to strike Sigmar’s enemies and Imperial Commissars now have yet another skill which I think makes strongest support unit in the game, also buffed the pistol damage of Commissars as well to feel more like a bolt pistol/hand cannon then a normal pistol.

The Zealot Guard are essentially, Flagellants but with much better armour and shields. They have access to Divine Absolution which is basically the same as Grand Shield Of Faith this unit gets the same buffs and Imperial Templars but only with 3rd of the cost and best paired up with Arch Lectors and Warrior Priests.

The Imperial Steamrunner

This unit is a Steamtank variant, designed to scout ahead with focus on speed and lighting strikes, its Concentrate Fire skill allows it to snare an enemy in place for short amount of time allow for allied forces to shoot it to pieces.

I was thinking of listing ALL the renamed skills here but dear lord, the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak and by Sigmar bless this ravaged body, for even I do not have time to do all that. However let it not be said, that I, Cato Sicarius would not be willing to write a detailed list of every renamed, changed and probably buffed skill, if it is requested of, I, Cato Sicarius, then I, Cato Sicarius will consider it.

The cost for Imperial Rangers, Imperial Assassins and Imperial Commissars has been reduced to reflect their roles better, also Commissars should be seen as same value as battle mages or warrior priests, that is main reason for the price reduction.

Ps for my next update I am going to try and get permission from Prop Joe to use on his scripts so that hopefully I can create a natural upgrade option for most of these units, cause I hate disbanding decent level units just because they don’t have a attribute to passive skill I want.

***Mod Now works again, both Imperial Rangers & Imperial Assassins have been reworked, their missile range has been reduced, to 165 and Imperial Assassins have had Deadly Precision replaced by Flashbang Grenade. Deadly Precision has had missile damage replaced with missile range. Oh and because AI would not recruit the Imperial Rangers & Imperial Assassins from the "Elite Watchers Building I have now added the option to recruit them from the Imperial Academy as well. 22/1/2023***
