State Capitalism Economic System
State Capitalism’s back from Vic2.
IG will consider it between Interventionism and Planned Economy.
Adopting State capitalism law allows the use of public enterprises, which are proprietary production methods. It can be used in all factories and mines. (except agriculture)
Public enterprises run for public profit by government. So its profit will shared with government and workforces.
You can still use private owned pm in State capitalism country. But State capitalism have penalty on adminstration, so it will not effective on private construction compare with interventionism.
