Major city farming for the developed world
The Romans and anything Hellenic cannot farm in their major cities. I found this to be annoying, especially in combination with my other mod which relies much more on food and as a consequence these factions had trouble staying alive if they didn’t control a considerable amount of minor cities.
This mod allows these factions to build farms there. Quite simple. Especially in combination with my other mod it is quite usefull.
