Cheat Mod: Instant Research
This mod uses a GameTimeThread which granting you enough research points every 1 second to complete all research in your queue.
Other similar mods use game objects and assets to allocate research points.
Simply queue up your research and exit back to the map and the research will be completed.
Keep queing until you have researched all techs.
