Useful Skill Dump
Allow u to spend skill points in reward of:
+ 1% to armour
+ 1% to melee attack
+ 1% to melee defence
+ 1% to range for ranged units
+ 1% to ranged damage for ranged units (CO)
+ 1% to ammunition for ranged units
It now works with agents. U need to spend new points on it, beacause its a new talent, so use Respec button to return spended talents.
