"LDK" – the Lithuanian abbreviation of "Grand Duchy of Lithuania" – is a map overhaul mod that completely refreshes the Baltic region.
The mod adds several new provinces and tags, and a completely revamped setup in Lithuania, Pomerania, Prussia, Livonia and Novgorod.
