The Haven Cliff Facility is a recent Blackwood site located in the Haven Canyon Range. It gives power to the entire Los Angeles area, using a prototype Zorium reactor. It also contains multiple laboratories, and a [CLASSIFIED]. This is the first Blackwood site to encourage tourism.
