Steam Piston Airship "Ceres"
An airship powered primarily by steam piston engines
The engine setup in the Ceres is a set of dual medium piston engines, placed in each of the 4 housings between the lifting rotors. One engine powers the cruise rotor, and the main electric power source is provided by the last engine on board.
This started out as a test to see if steam pistons were appropriate as a power source for VTOL operations.
