Modify the initial military technology level of mainland China.

Improve the resource and ecological conditions of Tibet, Xinjiang, and Outer Mongolia.

Supports 2026 and 2070 bookmarks.

Only supports versions 1.0 and above.

English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese display are supported.
