Amtrak GF6C Phase IV
I made this back in september of last year, but abandoned it and it just sat on my hard drive for months
I started work on it again because somebody paid me 30 dollars to finish it, so here it is
It becomes available in 1994.
This is a repaint so you will need Logans EMD GF6C. A reverse version will probably come out later
