Supply line
Adjust upkeep (and ammunition) to simulate the supply line effects.
* All stances have increased upkeep when in foreign land/water. On top of that, march and fortification stances increase and reduce upkeep, respectively.
* Siege/blockade and garrisoned/docked situations increase and reduce upkeep, respectively.
