Cost-Based Army Caps – SFO Supply Line Removal
This mod simply remove SFO’s Supply Line, so you do not get double penalty if using the Cost Based Supply Line.
You could also just use it to remove the Supply Line without using the Cost Based one, if that’s a thing you want.
