ECM BULLDOG
The ECM Bulldog was built by ACI under special instruction for the Strategic Nuclear Forces. Per design requests, the Bulldog is designed to bear the crushing pressures of the deepest oceans of Europa. Strategic Nuclear Forces commissioned the Bulldog as a vanguard assault ship into the depths of the Abyss, to clear the way for colony ships and other less heavily armed vessels.
The Bulldog has the following armaments:
– 3 GROWLER MkII Long Range Nuclear Torpedoes (LRNT)
– 2 chainguns
– 1 railgun
– 1 JACKKNIFE multi-tube depth charge launch system
– 2 hardpoints
The Growler and JACKKNIFE terminals are located on the bridge. GROWLER torpedoes are mounted fore and the JACKKNIFE system is mounted aft. The GROWLER activation sequence is as follows:
1. Select a torpedo by pressing one of the buttons below the GROLWER navigation terminal
2. Use the terminal to the right of the buttons to select a proximity detonation option (if desired)
3. Use the navigation terminal to undock and pilot the GROWLER nuclear torpedo to its target
4. Press the detonate button when ready or allow it to detonate based on selected proximity options
A single GROWLER torpedo has enough yield to eliminate a hammerhead in one detonation. The range is considerable, and should allow you to conduct stand-off launches without difficulty.
The following additional features are available on the Bulldog:
– Battery backup
– Motion-sensor airlock
– Nuclear ordnance locker
– Unpowered drainage systems
– Command readouts
– 1 Unit Load device
– Extra storage
