Description:

Pirates Plus aims to give Pirate Republics more flavour.

• Caribbean-based pirate republics get an extensive and challenging mission tree filled with pirate history and flavour. 47 missions in total!
• Pirates now have access to a unique naval doctrine and flagship upgrade.
• Dozens of new random events for pirate republics, plus a collection of historical events and decisions outlining key moments in buccaneer history.
• Pirate national ideas have been improved, although an effort has been made to keep things challenging, especially if you begin your game by firing the historical formation events – good luck taxing your brethren!
• Hundreds of extra period-accurate ship names for New Providence, Tortuga, Port Royal and Libertatia.

To get the most out of this mod, play as one of the three pirate nations in the Caribbean – New Providence, Tortuga and Port Royal. Alternatively, move your Pirate Republic’s capital to the Caribbean to access the region’s pirate events and decisions. You will be able to access the Caribbean pirate mission tree if you previously had Pirate, Gotlander, Irish, Scottish, Crusader or generic/regional missions.
