Stutter Reducer Beta
Beta version of Stutter Reducer to test future changes.
IMPORTANT: THIS IS THE BETA VERSION!!! You may experience bugs and/or crashes. Use at your own risk. You can find the stable version and more about the mod here:

The plan for this mod is to implement one change at a time, then wait for a bit to see if any issues crop up. If everything is good for a week or two it will be transferred to stable and a new beta version will release.
If you encounter any issues please report them in the bug reports discussion. If you can, post a short description of the bug, what you were doing leading up to it, and an approximate playtime. Also post a link to your Starbound log with a site such as pastebin. The Starbound log is found in C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonStarboundstorage. Just post starbound.log, you can ignore the .1, .2, etc. ones.
Finally big thanks for everyone who helps me test this, one person alone can’t really effectively verify something like this without spending a ridiculous amount of time.
