Series No. 1-408*. Four- and five-storey residential buildings with brick facades, with embedded architectural reinforced concrete details, with water supply, sewerage, central heating and baths.
The projects were developed by the State Design Institute Giprogor with the participation of the Academy of Architecture of the USSR. Approved by the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR on September 16 , 1954 .
The projects are intended for construction in the RSFSR (except Moscow, Leningrad, southern and seismic regions), in the Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian and Karelo-Finnish Union Republics, in the northern regions of the Ukrainian, Belarusian and Kazakh SSR, in areas with an estimated outdoor temperature of -25, -30, -35 and -40 °.
