Disables fights in questionmark rooms if neows blessing is still active

Compatibility: conflicts with other mods are possible. If you think you found one, feel free to message me, i’ll see what i can do.
Additional info: the mod writes "Monster spawn prevented" to BaseMod’s console when the conditions(there is an active Neows Blessing and the game has tried to spawn a monster room in "?" location) are satisfied. You can open the console by pressing a magic key(check BaseMod’s mod options).
