Pops no longer radicalized after building downsize
Population no longer becomes radical from being fired when buildigns downsize or change production methods, as it is now the game just ends up breaking into tons of civil wars/radicals uprising, i have seen the British have so many it was not fun, this was the only way i could think of help dealing with that civil war performance killer spam.
