Improved AI Construction
This mod changes several parameters within the AI to get small to mid-sized nations to build more construction sectors.
In vanilla, construction sectors are built taking into account population and GDP, with the AI building 1 construction sector every 2 million pops and 1 construction sector every 2 million GDP. The investment pool is ignored, meaning that the AI often stockpiles millions in its investment pool that is not utilized by autonomous investment to expand its economy. Thus, the following changes are made:
-The AI now wants to build a base of 3 construction sectors (if funds allow) before taking into account population or GDP.
-The AI now takes investment pool into account and builds more construction sectors if the investment pool is stockpiling too much money.
-Additional modifiers to make the AI build more depending on certain laws, for example, better taxation laws encourage the AI to build more construction sectors as they will be able to support it.
How does this mod differ from Anbeeld’s Revision of AI?
-This mod does not use scripts to tell the AI what to do.
-This mod only tells the AI to check its laws and investment pool to see if it can support more construction sectors
-As it allows the AI to make better use of autonomous investment, it will not result in the most optimal AI economies as in Anbeeld, but ones based on their strategic objectives and economic system, e.g Traditionalist nations will be more agrarian, Laissez-Faire nations will be more industrialized.
-Performance should be much faster than in Anbeeld’s mod, but slightly slower than vanilla as it still results in overall larger AI economies, and thus more pop fragmentation.

Future Plans
-Improve AI effectiveness at constructing sufficient universities to keep up with literacy/innovation cap.
-Find a way to get the AI be better at passing laws.
