FloorPackSpeed
This is a floor speed pack.
on this floor the pax can walk must faster , nearyl as fast as on moving walkways.
The pax prefer always the fastest way , means
if you use this floors , the pax will use it more then the other floors.

(At moment there is a bug in game(in default game) , because of that the all mod floors maybe not work ) (The only help is then to build new in-game floors at the positions of the mod floors , then it works again. But Joscha has fixed it already in edge) switch to edge then it works
