Azazel looks more like the Lamb(Tainted included!)
"During an AMA stream, Edmund McMillen confirmed that The Lamb is "Isaac, dead, as a demon," and that it represents "his evil side"
The mod changes Azazel’s horns to be similar with Lamb’s and gives him an inverted cross on his forehead. I like to believe that Azazel represents Isaac’s dark side, so why not make him and the Lamb look a bit similar?
