January 8, 2025 Update
1: change states file as suggest by @gunney456
2: added claims to places once occupied or will be occupied by the Spanish East Indies namely Palawan, Mindanao, West Micronesia and Formosa

Updated Culture. Filipino now hispanic but with south east asian heritage. Added Insulares(Creole – similar to Mexican), Added Sangley(Chinese Filipino – hispanic east asian heritage). Primary culture changed to Insulares only.

Surnames were made the same as Filipino culture to avoid putting localization on other culture surnames with the exception to Sangely, Ifugao and Lumads.

Added Central Luzon state. Changed state trait bonuses for Philippine rainforest added a negative of its own severe malaria but bonuses on hardwood and lumber production. Added state trait bonuses for several states. Central Luzon gets bonus for rice, Bicol for fruit(abaca), Corn(maize for Central Visayas, Sugar for Western Visayas, iron for Tondo. I added several rivers, Cagayan river in Cagayan, Agno river in Ilocos, Pampanga river in Central Luzon.

Transferred all iron from cordilleras to Tondo where Angat, Bulacan and Sta Ines iron mines are. Cordillera gets 1 gold with 6 hidden gold. Added Lead in Cordillera. Western Visayas gets 20 hidden coal(Semirara Island coal found by early 20th century)

Added historical characters. All the leaders, general and admiral are historical at the beginning except trade union. Added an agitator Apolinario de la Cruz aka as Hermano Pule. Agitation would trigger law due to Balagtas as intelligensia leader. But in history, the Spanish rejeccted the request or the rebellion increasing radicals in the Philippines. Player can do what the Spanish did or accept law change.

There are several historical characters that would appear for the 1870 (in linewith 1872 Cavite mutiny) and 1880s to 1899 reformation revolution.

Change a bit of the laws, made agrarianism, outlaw dissent.

Added Art Silk tech to trigger Abaca building in banana plantation. To give advantage to Philippines which had a monopoly for Abaca for quite sometime until transplanted in the 20th century.

Banana plantation with the tech can produce either Abaca cloth, Barong(fiber and clothing) or Paper(Manila Paper) at the expense of fruit.

Added two companies. Tobaco Company, need Ilocos and tobacco plants. Historically, the Tobaco Company reinvested in abaca(fruit), sugar, shipping(convoy) and liquor. It needs 10 tobacco plantation which would represent later founding of the company in history. The seccond company, Ynchausti company, gives bonuses also to fruit,sugar, convoy, liquor and invested in infrastructure like the Colgante bridge(bonus state construction bonus). It can be triggered 1 shipyard in Tondo due to founding in 1816 which predates the timeframe.
