Active Defenders Of The Great Plan

The AI is setup to do normal AI stuff, so they will make armies and what not.
Instead of making new buildings, or giving them regular lizard buildings (breaks a lot of Nakais temple stuff) their major settlements allow them to get any unit that Nakai can get.
Probably not the most balanced approach.
Little warning, some research takes income away from the defenders. When they run low on funds their armies get desertion and decay. Be aware of this before you take all their income.
This mod causes the option to settle without looting appear for skaven. This mod doesn’t actually touch anything with skaven I’m unable to figure out why adding occupy options to the defenders causes this. I’m looking for a fix.
