Description:

Buffs each government to make the decision to choose them a little harder. Also buffs the government buildings to be more inline with the governments they are supposed to go with. Some text has been updated to reflect a better name for the government or building with heavy inspiration (and at least one complete copy) of JFDs rename from Rule with Faith.
