Description:

This adds imprisonment tech (Cages) to early game, Core research. Tbh, I feel like this should be a native core aspect of the game anyway.

~~NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY TECH HUNTER START. If someone wants this with my Tech Hunter start, I can fix it up to do so.

Changes: As of V0.2, compatible with my tech hunter start.
