Kaizen Rejuvenation
This mod provides an infinite improvement that reverses depletion effects of the cravers and blocks construction queue. It is only visible and available for construction if there are depleted planets in the system. It is not available for Cravers and custom factions with Cravers affinity (Slave Drivers).
Update v1.2.0:
Effect is now scaling with population – from flat -10 points per turn -> -1 point/pop per turn (suggested by BadBecauseMad).
For those who seek more difficulty and lesser rate there is different version available: Kaizen Rejuvenation Long with rate 1 point per turn at the cost of 50% system FIDSI (suggestion of TJMTG).
