System Replicator for Equipment Docks (2.3.1)
Adds a System Replicator menu to equipment docks which uses credits to manufacture copies of a given system.

Usage:
– Go to an equipment dock with money and a system you want to copy
– Talk to the dock and select "Replicate Systems"
– Select the system you want to replicate in the menu, enter how many copies you want and hit Replicate!
– Enjoy your newly minted system!
