萨哈林改名为库页岛，并为大清领土，
库页岛南部小岛根据史图馆地图并为日本领土，
朝鲜改为大清附属国，琉球王国独立并为大清附属国
此MOD仅对版图有所改动，政策、科技等均未变动，没有改变游戏平衡性，录视频的up可以使用此mod，方便过审
