Librataris is one of the few superpowers of Ignition Point V2. Heavily inspired by the USA and Third Reich, they’re a democratic nation made of fascists, basically. At the beginning of the 1900s, they were still using black powder relics of the past, but combat experience would quickly change this.
This pack contains the M-23 pistol and the M-43 SMG. The M-23 was the replacement for the M-99 revolver, and was notable for its incredible stopping power despite using a weaker derivative of the M-99’s cartridge. It was primarily issued to officers, tankers, pilots, and rearline personnel until the mid-1940s, where its great bulk and poor capabilities past 50 meters proved detrimental. The weapon that replaced the M-23 in tanker and pilot service, as well as a few other roles, was the M-43 SMG, a derivative of the M-41 carbine. Abandoning the notable bullpup configuration of the M-41 for a magazine in grip approach, and chambered in a seperate derivative of the M-99’s 12.7mm cartridge, the M-43 proved very controllable and accurate even to 100m, if not further. As well as this, the full-auto capabilities were crucial in self defense situations for tankers. Both the M-21 and M-43 remained in service into the late 1990s, eventually being replaced by more advanced options.
Pro tip:
The M-43 and M-23 excel at close range, but don’t be afraid to use them at mid distance! Both are very controllable, and even though sharp falloff hurts both dramatically, they still can reliable 2-4 shot opponents!
