A down and out and wanted criminal, wanted by the Holy Nation and the United Cities, You are on the run. You start in one of six cities, but 90 percent of the world is against you. and you have 1 first aid kit and 1 bread and no money. Just your clothes and weapons, a way to gather cotton to make camp beds and a way to gather green moss, used as a low level healing compress.
There are 6 areas you could be randomly dropped into.

There are 2 starts, The Hard start as a lone vagabond at level 40, And the second, The Extreme start, as a crippled lone vagabond at level 15.
