Introducing Ante Bellum: Government Mechanics Expanded, a mod that adds new government mechanics, interactions, and factions to Ante Bellum. The goal is to make each nation in Ante Bellum to feel distinct, incentivize underutilized vanilla mechanics, and reward unconventional playstyles.

The following nations have received new content:

• New government mechanic for Dual Monarchy (French vs. Anglois Alignment)
• New government mechanic for Iberia (Inquisition Zeal)
• New government mechanic for Sicily (Ghazi Fervor)
• New government mechanic for Han (Millenarianism)*
• New government mechanic for the Papal States (Conciliarists vs. Ultramontanes Alignment)*
• Three new interactions for England (Thegns, Ealdormen, and Portreeves)
• Three new factions for the Latin Empire (Podesta, Chartoularikoi, and Frankocrats)
• Three new factions for Assyria (Church of the East, Chaldean Church, Syriac Patriarchate)*
• Three new factions for Hussite nations (Orebites, Ultraquists, and Taborites)*
• New government mechanic for Ilkhanate/Gurgan (Persianate Bureacracy)

*Unlocked with non-T1 government reforms

Notes on compatibility:
This mod is unlikely to be compatible with any mod that modifies government reforms.

My other AB submods aren’t compatible with GME initially and require the Universal Submod Multipatch
