93R "Raffica" Machine Pistol (for CE v.34)
Adds the Beretta 93r "Raffica" machine pistol to the game.
It is less accurate, heavier, and uses more time units than the basic ballistic pistol, but has three round burst fire and, like the basic pistol, can be used one-handed.
Currently uses the same magazine as the stock pistol (which makes sense since the vanilla ballistic pistol is a Beretta 92F 9mm and would be compatible, at least in theory)
