Description:

Vanilla+ is a Rebalance and Quality of Life mod that aims to not break the Vanilla balance too much while altering a lot of aspects of the game.

Things changed in this mod are the following:

Ammo and Ammo crafting. Ammo drops have been altered and the amount crafted has been increased while time it takes to craft has been reduced but to balance this out there has been a increase in the Parts cost.

Part of the Ammo rework was adding in more Gunpowder to more enemies loot tables, mainly general Explosives tables and specific Enemies whos loot tables it would make since to add them to like Grenadiers and Rocketeers.

Bleed does it’s damage during Turn Start rather than Turn End to punish the player more and to make Bleed a more viable option of finishing of enemies.

Increased Stack Sizes of all stackable items with some even moved from Merc Inventory to Squad Inventory for a bit of easier inventory management. Skill Books, Comination Parts and general Crafting items have been moved to the Squad Inventory.

Drop Rates and some Drop Amounts have been changed. Full list will be below.

Bigger Area Loot Size making looting after encounters easier with being able to reach more bodies aroud the body you loot.
Rain Condition Loss and Jam Chance has been brought down. They where in my opinion way too high with 100% increase to both Condition Loss and Jam Chance so they are both brought down to 30%.

IMP Merc Cost and Max Stats increased. Cost is increased to 7500 from 6999 and Max Stats increased to 650 from 550. The fist screen where you choose the take or skip the test still states the original price of 6999 but at the end it shows the true 7500 price.

New disassembly recipes for Weave Padding, Ceramic Plates, Balancing Weight and Sharpener where you can turn them in to 15 parts with a Wirecutter.

Endless mines have been REMOVED from the mod currently as I rework how mines work to something more interesting and less overpowered but I find it silly that mines suddenly runout of Diamonds just after you take it over.

Drop Rates are the following:

Ammo 7% – Default 7%
Armor 20% – Default 4%
Firearm 12% – Default 12%
Grenade 20% – Default 5%.
HeavyWeapon 12% – Default 12%
MeleeWeapon 25% – Default 12%

Drop Amounts:

7.62 WP/Nato, 5.56 and 9mm drop in loads of 30.
44cal and 12gauge drops in loads of 6.
.50BMG drops in loads of 10.
Metavira Shots from Loot Box Gambling with Tiny Diamonds increased to 4 from 1.

Ammo drop amounts will most likely change in the future depending on how the balance feels.
