As with the human heart, this country has 4 chambers and needs lots of blood vessels to carry the blood.

Then I saw through the charade, the facade, now I’ve had it all…

You’ll need to build up to the cities requirements taking care not to crash any trains, and building quite a bit of rail to get the resources out of the Heart of the Country.
