**********Description of this update**********
First release (beta) of my mod "Better Sect Report".
It aims to make the "Internal Affairs" monthly sect report more human-readable.
I hope to make more updates in the near future. This first pass is a ‘minimum viable product’. Nowhere near all the features that I want. But it’s a heck of a lot better than nothing – at least in my opinion (:
