Politics Overhaul
Compatibile with all other mods that don’t mod politics.
Political Influence indirectly effects political control and with that in mind this mod expands and varies the effects from political influence.
Instead of all factions getting the same generic effects, factions are now split into one of 4 government types:
Monarchy
Tribalism
Republic
Confederation
The government type will determine what the effects of the various levels of political influence will do.
eg: low influence with a monarchy will be bad for public order, though tribalism it can be a bonus.
Further, there is no longer a ‘Best’ political influence level per se as different effects deal with political influence if different ways.
eg: Too much influence and you will get negative research but higher public order.
This mod also expands the ways in which political influence impacts, from the 4 effects of vanilla to now up to 22 different effects.
This mod will also overhaul the effects from political office (ie when you click secure promotion button). Currently only the roman political offices have been overhauled. A break down can be found in the link below.

NB: This has been made a sub mod for the purpose of reaching a larger test audience. It is designed to be played with Magnar Mod and will not be supported as a standalone mod once the testing phase is over.
