Change Subject’s Idea Group
Now one can replace and upgrade their subject’s idea group
Replace Subject’s Idea Group
Add a diplomatic action to replace idea group at cost of 50 Diplomatic Power (configurable). Monarch Power spent for the swapped Idea Group won’t be refunded. This action would cause loss of opinion and stability hit for the subject (this effect can be disabled).
By default only allows changing non-tributary subject and Trade League members’s idea group, but an option is provided to change Tributary idea group as well.
Upgrade Subject’s Idea Group
Add a diplomatic action to upgrade subject’s idea group. The monarch power cost is borne by the overlord and takes into account overlord’s idea cost modifier and all power cost modifier.
Not compatible with mods that change/modify idea groups
Made in version 1.34.4
Tested to be working in 1.35.3
