Services Pack
Pack of 6 buildings for general services, maintenance, storage and construction office, wich can be quite useful for early start games:
-"Old Repair Garage": Medium size repair station for 9 vehicles employing 25 workers. 3 parking slots for repair trucks, and 150m direct area for repairs.
-"Old Warehouse": for general cargo (500tn) with 2 vehicle stations and railway connection, plus 3 fortklift links. Just a little smaller than vanilla one in cargo and size, also cheaper.
-"Old Cold Storage": (120tn) small meat storage for 30tn and some general cargo. 3 vehicle stations, direct connections for railway and factory. Intended for stores.
-"Small Construction Office": for 6 vehicles and one vehicle unloading station. Intended for small or old vehicles (big or tall ones can hit the roof and won’t fit good visually, although they would work)
Added other 3 versions of this basic Construction Office (marked with golden decoration stripes) building: one version as Technical Services office (green decoration stripes, ready for garbage update) another as Demoliton Office (in red stripes), and another as Distribution Office (in blue stripes).

Little story-roleplay:
Based on three buildings built by a mining company in northwestern Spain in the early and mid-20th century as company facilites. They were demolished long ago and only some pictures survived.
Made in Blender, textures from similar buildings and free donwload. Sounds from the game.
