WH1 Legendary Lord Unlocker
Removes the requisites for recruiting the legendary lords of WH1 factions so that they are unlocked at the start of the turn, like Isabella and Vlad are. It can be added mid-campaign, and will unlock the available lords within the next few turns.
Faction leaders like Franz will unlock after a turn passes, while secondary lords like Volkmar will be available from turn 1.
