Inspired by "Vassal of Empire"mod,this mod make all Norscan faction and clan Moulder to be vassals of Chaos at the start of new campaign.
But don’t be glad too early,The empire will soon confederate because they have many common enemies:Archaon yourself and your 12 vassals,and some other faction may declare war on you soon.Some vassals may reject to attend to war and break away.So you probably need "Unbreakable Vassals":
